Welcome to Aspire Pro Enterprises! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your booking with us. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms, so please read them carefully.

1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our website or approved booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com).

A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information when booking, including your contact details.

We accept payment via credit card or other payment methods as indicated during the booking process.

All prices are listed in NZD and include GST (if applicable), unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 14 days prior to check-in will be refunded in full. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a full refund.

No-shows or early departures are not eligible for refunds.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time: 3:00 PM

Check-out time: 10:00 AM

Late check-outs may be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

4. Guest Responsibilities

You agree to use the property only for lawful purposes and to treat the property with care.

Maximum occupancy stated as per your booking. No additional guests are allowed without prior permission.

Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents during their stay. You agree to report any damages immediately.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. 

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times.

5. Property Use

The property is to be used for short-term accommodation purposes only. No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed without prior written approval.

Visitors are allowed, but you are responsible for the behavior and actions of any visitors during your stay.

6. Liability

Aspire Pro Enterprises will not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to your personal belongings during your stay.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the property.

While we take care to ensure the property is safe and well-maintained, guests must take personal responsibility for their own safety during their stay.

7. Force Majeure

Aspire Pro Enterprises is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy]for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Changes to Bookings and Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If changes affect an existing booking, we will notify you directly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
